【“英”你出色】English Show第二季第二期
自征集令发出以后，万全第二小学各年级学生纷繁响应，积极踊跃的起头预备本身的做品。他们设法别致，视角别致，热爱阅读，想在此次活动中一展风摘。
此次活动不只是促进英语学科育人目标多维度达成不成或缺的部门，更是落实新课标关于学生进步英语才能要求的有效路子，同窗们在乐学善用、巧思妙演中，扎实的语言程度水到渠成，进修才能畅通领悟贯穿，跨文化意识不竭进步。

Hello, everyone! I’m Yu Ziqi from Class One Grade Six. I like English, P.E. and drawing.
Many people think English is a tool. Using this tool, we can open the doors to know a bigger world. Through English, we can learn about different customs, cultures, history and literature of English-speaking countries.
What's more, in the process of learning English, I also watch a lot of classic English movies and dramas, such as my favorite movie《Harry Potter》.
Today, I would like to introduce a magazine《English News》.This magazine lets me know current news, culture and customs, the natural world, and my favorite athlete Gu Ailing.
February 8th was Gu Ailing's day. She got gold in the women's freestyle skiing big air event at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. Gu made history that day. It was her first time at the Olympics. It was also the first time that a Chinese player had joined in the contest and got gold.
Gu Ailing was very popular. What really helped her become popular was her answers to difficult questions. Some people asked why she played for China when she grew up in the United States. She answered the questions in news meetings before and after the contest. Here are some of her answers. "I feel just as American as Chinese. I don't feel I'm taking advantage of one or another. They understand that my work is to make a connection between countries."
Gu Ailing is a player. She is also a girl with a warm heart and an open mind. She is brave and beautiful, and she is a fast thinker. Her work and words help her become popular with people in China and America. Maybe those asking her the questions should learn a little from her.

This is my favorite athlete Gu Ailing. I am deeply inspired by her courage and confidence in sports and life.
